Department of Development Planning & Office for High-leveled University Construction is one of the administrative departments of Yunnan Minzu University. Its primary responsibility is to undertake the medium-and long-term planning & Phased Planning, to draft the research report & project design & policy making of the major issues and important policy on education reform and development and make up the High-level university planning and implementation plan etc.
